Noelle Fleszar

Hello! I'm Noelle Fleszar. I grew up in Metro-Detroit, until I moved to  Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana to complete my Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education with minors in Music and Musical Theater. While in college studying to become an educator, I also honed my acting and vocal performance skills while performing in several musicals. After graduation I moved back to Michigan where I began my career as a 3rd grade teacher at Center Line Public Schools. I continued my career in elementary education at Lake Shore Public Schools, where I currently teach. I began teaching a World Language Technology class at both Rodgers Elementary and Masonic Heights Elementary. After a year, I moved into a 5th grade position at Masonic Heights Elementary where I stayed for two years. I then moved into a 3rd grade teaching position at Masonic Heights, which is where I will continue to teach when school resumes in the fall of 2018.

All throughout my teaching career, I have maintained my love of the theater and singing. Since graduating college, I have continued to perform in musicals in local community theaters. Last year, I carried my love of theater into my school by starting a Drama Club with one of my co-workers. It has been a joy to see my love of theater passed down to the next generation. When I am not in school, my husband and I love to play music together, travel, spend time with family and friends, and play with our puppy Winnie. We have visited several countries and many states. Our favorite trip to date would definitely be our trip to France and Italy. I love to share my adventures with my students and use what I've learned from my travels to bring lessons to life.
